At MATRIXEYE, we aim to deliver your premium timepieces safely and efficiently to your doorstep.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Local (within Pakistan): 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, MATRIXEYE may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@matrixeye.com.pk. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
MATRIXEYE is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your MATRIXEYE purchase.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The product must be in original packaging
- All tags, boxes, and accessories must be included
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by use
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@matrixeye.com.pk with your order details. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at info@matrixeye.com.pk and we will guide you through the process.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
